After graduating from Texas A&M University, Joe embarked on a career with The Beck Group, where he played pivotal roles in constructing iconic projects such as the Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, The Domain, and Firewheel Town Center. Despite his success in overseeing these landmark constructions, Joe discovered his true passion lay in fostering the growth and development of teams. Recognizing this calling, in 2007, Joe was appointed to lead corporate services at The Beck Group, assuming responsibility for departments including Human Resources, Legal, Safety, Collaboration, Integration, and Risk.

In 2007, Joe transitioned to Cooper General Contractors with a profound mission: to cultivate opportunities not only for the employees, clients, and partners of the company but also for the broader community. At Cooper General Contractors, Joe's leadership is defined by a commitment to nurturing talent and facilitating collaborative environments where individuals can thrive and projects can flourish.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe finds solace and fulfillment in spending quality time with his family and cherishing moments with close friends over a refreshing beer.
